Machinist

GMC has opening for Machinist at its Woodland, CA Plant Machine Shop.

Description: Perform and lead machining activities in heavy Machine Shop supporting major Structural Steel fabrication in a fast paced environment. Machine Shop equipment includes:

  • 5" Horizontal Boring Mill ( CNC )
  • Heavy Plain Vertical and Horizontal Mills
  • Bridgeport Mills
  • Heavy and Medium Engine Lathes
  • # 5 Turret Lathe
  • Grinders Etc.
    Excellent opportunity for highly motivated fast learner.

    Qualifications: 3 years minimum experience as Machinist. Candidate must be capable of learning and developing technical and leadership skills.

    Salary Range: Negotiable.
